Open Water Swim Programme

Here's my open water swim courses  and programme for 2026 (so far!). Feel free to send me a message and let me know what you are planning this year.  I am available for one to one sessions, and small groups too/

For all: 

I'll be loading up the August and September programme soon! If you're not acclimatised I would recommend you wait until June (at the earliest).

One:One

I’ll be offering 1:1 and 1:2 sessions throughout the season, to book or find out more, send me a message and tell me more. You don’t need any specialist kit and the sessions are tailored to you. Drop me a line to book.

Walk, Talk, Dip Experience 

Time by the sea to talk things through, find clarity and reconnect with yourself, your ideas and the water, in a calm and supportive way. Book a discovery call, or send me an email. Session is 1.5hrs.

Beginners:

One:One

This is often a good place to start if you'd like to try it out, gain confidence and take it easy without pressure from the rest of the world. This sessions and calm and joyful.

A little Sea Dip or Swim - Intro

This is for you if you'd like to give it a go with a bit of support. Dip, swim, paddle - whatever you please. No pressure. Come and ask your questions. Friday 3 July, 1-2pm at Coryton Cove. Tickets on sale now.

Sea Swim Club - Getting Started! 

This is for people who are would like to gain confidence, meet people, learn about conditions, kit and get in the sea for a little swim. No pressure (I'm all about the joy). 3 x session. June tickets on sale now.

Improvers:

One:One

This is often a good place to start if you'd like a tailored session, to answer your specific questions or work on your technique or gain confidence. Contact me to book or to discuss your needs.

Sea Swim Club 5 Week Course - Thursday Mornings (Summer)

11 June - 9 July - when the sea will be warmer! We'll learn the basics of heads-down front crawl. Meeting at 10am at Coryton, this is your chance to develop your sea swimming confidence. Book your tickets.
