Hello and thanks for reading!
This is my plan for 2023. Drop me a line if you want to know more, to book a session, or if you have a special request!
I’m getting a bit of coaching myself this year, I definitely believe that a coach should have a coach, it just makes sense to keep learning and improving. So this is the plan:
- I’ll be offering 1:1 and 1:2 sessions throughout the season, to book or find out more, send me a message and tell me more. You don’t need any specialist kit!
- I’m doing some specialist sessions, swimming with parents and ASD children
- I am not planning any group courses this year – as I’ve got a busy year ahead – but if you have a little crew ready to go I’d be delighted to set you up a 3, 4 or 5 week swim course. Let me know how many people, what you’d like to do and where you’d like to swim.
- If you have swum with me before and you’re a good fit with the others, you can join the sea swim club, a group of folks who swim every week! Ask me.
- If you have signed up to do a swim event and are now gently panicking, I can do an efficiency and advice session to get you ready, same goes if you have a little group. Confidence, a bit of knowledge and practice makes for a much happier swim.
- If you’ve got a voucher – hurrah! – drop me a line and we’ll get you swimming!
There you go! I hope you’re getting out and about this year and have some lovely things planned. Enjoy!
Karen

Brilliant! I’ve been getting more in my stride at the pool and signed up for some coaching there but would love to come to your swim club if I am a good fit, but understand if you are looking for folk with more stamina and open water confidence. Maybe I’ll do one of those event prep sessions with you instead/too?__________
