Find Your Power This Season with Walk, Talk & Dip

As the seasons change, it’s a natural moment to pause and ask: What do I want next?
The shift in the light, the colours, the feel of the air (and the rain!) It all of it reminds us that nothing stays the same. And that includes us.

For many of us, life has been about looking after others, partners, children, parents, colleagues. But at some point, there’s a voice inside that says: Now it’s time for me.

Why Now?

You are as young as you’re ever going to be, right now.
It’s not too late to do something new, exciting, and just for you.

That’s what Walk, Talk & Dip is about.
It’s not about swimming or fitness goals. It’s about:

  • Taking time for yourself
  • Walking by the sea and talking things through
  • Feeling the cold water wake you up and remind you of your courage
  • Stepping into something new, safe but different, with support at your side

Finding Your Power

I believe we all carry wisdom and strength inside us. It might be that you’ve forgotten how to find it.

Getting into the sea, even gently, is a powerful reminder: I can do this.

The act of walking, talking, and dipping isn’t just symbolic, it’s an experience that grounds you, refreshes you, and reminds you that you are capable of more than you think.

What to Expect

I’ve been an open water swim coach since 2020 and I’m also a qualified CMI coach and mentor. I bring both together to create sessions that are safe, supportive, and fun.

We meet on the South Devon coast in Teignbridge and Torbay — Dawlish Warren, Coryton Cove, Teignmouth, and Torbay. We walk, we talk, and when you’re ready, we dip (you might just be up for putting your toes in to begin with!)

You don’t need to be a swimmer.

Ready to Begin?

This is your season to make a change. To carve out time for yourself. To rediscover your power, your courage, your joy.
