The “Heads-Down-Front-Crawl” course you’ve been waiting for!

5 x Friday evening course in May 2025.

Join me to learn the basics of heads down front crawl. We’ll meet every Friday in May, just a small group, and we’ll develop the skills together.

This is suitable for beginners, but you need to be able to swim 100m unaided, and it’s best if you’re already acclimatised to cold water.

Come along, swim in company and grow your confidence.

There’s no time like right now!

Get more knowledgable and confident as we go through the elements of swimming efficiently in the sea.  Each week we’ll learn new skills, talking on the land, before we swim together.

My style of coaching is relaxed and un-pressured. We’ll talk about the science and then practise in the sea, encouraging each other on, and above all feeling the joy of swimming.

If you’ve been watching those other swimmers, swimming confidently and beautifully and you want to be one of those – here you go.

The sea temperature will be starting to warm up in May, thought still chilly, this will get you swimming for the season ahead. A full season to swim.

Time in the water will depend on how you’re feeling. No pressure. Ask me if you aren’t sure.

Friday 9 May
Friday 16 May
Friday 23 May
Friday 30 May
Friday 6 June.

(please note I’ve moved this on by a week)

You don’t need to have a wetsuit (kit information is listed in the booking link).

£75 for the 5 session course.

It’s preferable if you do all 5 sessions – in consecutive order – but if you can’t drop me a line.
